Our history
Our company was founded by Nathaniel E. Lamar and Tomoko S. Lamar in March 2005.
We are also an Independent Real Estate Investing and Community Development Group. We are a registered 501 (c) 3 Non Profit Corporation, located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Our company has been investing in the State of Hawaii and the Continental U.S. for the same duration of time. We Partner with other Non Profit Organizations, as well as those from the Private sector such as Realtors, Attorneys, Developers, Private Equity Groups, Investors, Lenders, Investment Groups, Family Trusts, and Private Individuals to Invest in America's Communities.
